Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense

Since 2002 I have specialized in Worker's Compensation Insurance Defense. I have represented insurance companies, permissibly self-insured employers and governmental entities in all areas of litigation before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of the State of California. By staying on the cutting edge of case law, I provide my clients with an aggressive, innovative and a vigorous defense. My policy is to take the initiative to move matters quickly and steadily to resolution while containing costs.

My staff and I are well versed in the new EAMS (Electronic Adjudication Management System) protocols and are implementing electronic filing with the California Appeals Boards in order to expedite our clients' paperwork and avoid delays.

I recognize that in today's economy, forceful litigation is only one part of an employer's successful workers' compensation program. I am available to assist in designing and implementing effective claims management and return to work programs throughout California.
